We are a talent representation agency who believes in the power of possibility. We represent a dynamic portfolio of sporting talent, ranging from Olympic level athletes boasting Olympic Champions to professional Boxers, from sporting Content Creators to Podcast royalty.
We work with brands and rights holders to build and develop commercial relationships with our talent and help amplify these partnerships via media and PR strategies, branded activations, and many more traditional and some not so traditional sports marketing methods.

Hugo Jafari, CEO & Founder
Seasoned negotiator of some of the largest athlete and brand sponsorship deals within the UK having represented some of the biggest sports superstars. Hugo founded the agency in 2017 and has grown the Olympic division to become a market leader within the UK. He has subsequently expanded the business offering multiple content, sports marketing and management services.
Jake Presley, Commercial Director
With 8 years' experience within the Sports Marketing industry at global agencies CAA and R&C PMK, Jake has worked on some of the largest sporting partnerships across brands including Jaguar Land Rover, Heineken, BMW, H&M, Volvo, Formula E and Betfair. Jake manages and procures commercial partnerships for the Olympic roster and is constantly exploring new revenue opportunities for ISM’s roster of talent.
Will Harvey, Head of Partnerships
Having worked within Anthony Joshua's management team for 18 months he then began signing his own fighters. This stable of talent grew and he has been responsible for the in-ring negotiations, including promotional, fight and broadcast contracts, as well as commercial and PR opportunities on their behalf. Completing deals with Nike, Adidas, Hugo Boss, Manchester United and Google amongst others.

We offer a full athlete activation service to brands to ensure their ambassadors are meeting their campaign objectives. Our services include the selection and procurement of ambassadors, developing and executing the ambassador strategies, media traction and supporting brands navigate and optimise their ambassadors image rights.
