ISM offers a full athlete management service to its clients and ensures a 1-1 relationship is provided so an athlete’s full potential both on and off the field can be truly unlocked.
With a wealth of industry experience, we offer a full 360 service ranging from contract negotiations and brand partnerships to strategic media and PR. We have experience in nurturing aspiring and elite athletes, maximising global sports star’s success from discovery, throughout the pinnacle moments in their career and into retirement.

ACTIVATION
We offer a full athlete activation service to brands to ensure their ambassadors are meeting their campaign objectives. Our services include the selection and procurement of ambassadors, developing and executing the ambassador strategies, media traction and supporting brands navigate and optimise their ambassadors image rights.
Within implementation and campaign use, ISM also offers athlete liaison management throughout a campaign duration and will monitor and ensure the ambassadors commitments are met for our clients.
MEDIA & PR
ISM understands a proactive approach to media engagement is imperative in taking any marketing strategy to the next level. We work closely with our brands and partners to help them deliver the right campaign messages to the right media, ensuring the right audiences are hit.
ISM have long standing relationships with the UKs leading journalists, media outlets, print titles and digital platforms as well as having an extensive network with social media influencers.
