Superdrug enlisted the help of Andrea to discuss their campaign ‘My first period’ with the aim of breaking the stigma around openly talking about periods and the menstrual cycle. It is really important for everyone, let alone athletes to feel comfortable discussing this topic and we hope Andrea has helped break down some of those barriers.
